“江南粮仓”的“鱼米之乡”江西，是中国重要的农产品生产基地和供应基地。在推进农业高质量发展中，江西始终把绿色生态农业作为全省现代农业发展的根本方向。从2017年至2020年，江西省投入资金约360亿元建设高标准农田超1179万亩。目前，江西省建立各类绿色防控示范区446个，绿色防控覆盖率达33%，辐射带动近4000万亩，主要农产品监测合格率保持在98%以上，每年推广测土配方施肥、增施有机肥等减肥增效技术面积超过6500万亩。
江西省——大力开展绿色高质高效行动，集成示范一批粮食生产全过程高质高效技术模式，打造生产机械化、投入精准化、管理智能化的标准化生产基地，提升粮食生产科技水平，持续推进果菜茶标准生态基地建设，集成推广节水灌溉、精准施肥、绿色防控、轻简栽培等技术模式，实现栽培标准化、生产绿色化。
江西省——持续推进农药化肥减量增效行动，加快转变病虫防控方式，强化测土配方施肥技术推广力度，深入实施主要农作物病虫害统防统治、绿色防控示范和化肥减量增效技术示范，不断加大科学安全用药用肥培训，力争主要农作物农药利用率43%以上，化肥利用率保持在42%以上。
江西省——积极培育种植大户、家庭农场、农民合作社、农业企业、社会化服务组织等新型农业经营主体，推进耕地规范有序流转，提升种植业规模经营水平，50亩以上种粮大户4万户以上，规模种植面积1000万亩以上。
