Following a complete review of our business and the challenges facing our clients for the foreseeable 12 months, Expertise Events is proud to introduce the EE ASSURANCE. As part of an ongoing series of changes to the traditional official services provider model, Expertise Events have eliminated all service cancellation charges and assure exhibitors of a 100% refundable deposit should an event not be able to proceed as a result of the COVID pandemic. We want to be upfront and give certainty to the relationship between Expertise Events and the exhibitor while easing the exhibitor’s decision to commit to show participation early.
Exhibitors will be refunded 100% should the event be cancelled prior to the show opening for any reason; no questions asked and the contract becomes null and void.* Exhibitors may have the opportunity to move the booking if they choose, but this is completely optional. As always, given the unprecedented circumstances we have all endured we are consistently encouraging exhibitors to ensure all costs are fully refundable beyond their stand commitments.

*This assurance is applicable to bookings made from November 19, 2020 for 2021 events that cannot proceed. There may be other refund policies applicable to bookings previous to this date. It may not be applicable to bookings for 2020 events that have been rescheduled to 2021. Clarity can be sought on a booking by booking basis from your event consultant.
