FBIF Wow Food Innovation Award, launched in Shanghai in 2017, records the vivid scene of the courage to change in the food and beverage industry, and is committed to discovering, displaying and commending outstanding innovations in various categories of food and beverage. Since the official announcement of the new season in July 2023, the organizing committee has received more than 550+ outstanding works on the product track. 1. Preliminary Review

The Wow Food 2024 preliminary jury consists of professors and students from 11 universities including Zhejiang University, China Agricultural University, South China University of Technology, Jinan University, and Jiangnan University, more than 200 public judges, and the Wow Food Jury Advisory Group. The judges have their own core expertise and research fields. They uphold a professional attitude and strict standards to evaluate from various dimensions, conduct intense discussions on the works, and select 360+ groups of works to enter the finals.
