According to the "2020 Domestic Snack Market Development Status and Trend Research Report" released by the China National Business Information Center in February this year, from the perspective of single products, the hot-selling snacks in the market still appear mostly in nut gift packs; among the top 10 single products with sales on key online platforms in 2020, 6 products are nut gift boxes. In the "foodie world" with a scale of 2 trillion, the consumption offensive driven by nuts has been rising all the way. Survey data shows that the daily nut market size exceeded 10 billion in 2019, reached 14.5 billion in 2020, and will exceed 20 billion in 2021, with an annual compound growth rate of more than 30%! Why are nuts so powerful? Through a latest industry dynamic, we seem to have found the answer. On April 8, the Bestore probiotics daily nuts series products were launched online. As the first "triple probiotics" new product in China, the launch of this product marks that daily nuts have officially entered the 4.0 era. It also means that nuts have broken through the ceiling of "involution" in self-driven upgrades and have run a new track for high-quality development!

Since its launch, mixed nuts have gone through about four generations: in the 1.0 era of mixed nuts, the product types were single, with Wulong Daily Nuts as the main representative; in the 2.0 era of mixed nuts, dried fruits and nuts were separated into dry and wet, and products such as Qia Qia Little Yellow Bag, Be & Cheery Daily Nuts, and Bestore's Generation 1 Jiaren appeared; in the 3.0 era of mixed nuts, the main feature is the extreme freshness. The feature of this generation of products is that from frying to packaging, factory delivery, delivery... the time added up to several links must be controlled within one week, also known as "7-day fresh"; now, the probiotic daily nuts launched by Bestore are mainly 0 sucrose and calcium supplement, giving nuts more nutritional attributes, which can be said to be a representative product of the 4.0 era.

As one of the four flagship products of the year, probiotic daily nuts are a health supplement solution that Bestore continues to launch for consumers with the goal of implementing a high-end strategy. Under the epidemic, more and more consumers are concerned about the improvement of their own immunity, and probiotic elements have become a new trend in domestic snacks and beverages. However, most of the products on the market currently only add 1-2 strains of bacteria, and their functions are relatively simple. Based on this, Bestore launched the research and development of the "multi-probiotics" series. Through in-depth cooperation with Chr. Hansen, four star probiotics were added to the comprehensive nut products for the first time, and a series of products with functions such as regulating the stomach, supplementing calcium, and low GI were extended to meet the needs of white-collar workers, children, "three highs" and other sub-groups.

The newly launched probiotics daily nuts IP series products use 4 star imported strains such as BB-12, and add 6 billion CFU active probiotics per 100g. It is worth noting that the daily probiotic nut series of Bestore is divided into 0 sucrose type and high calcium type: the former is aimed at white-collar workers who are engaged in fitness, pregnant mothers, diabetic patients and other sugar control groups, and uses natural and additive-free prunes, blueberries and cranberries soaked in juice to replace traditional candied dried fruits. Behind the "road to debut" of the first multi-probiotic nut in China, there are countless efforts, sweat, time brewing and failures. According to Zhang Wenlong, product development engineer of Bestore, the probiotic daily nut series products have achieved four major technological breakthroughs: multi-probiotic preparation compounding technology, multi-probiotic application method, sucrose juice pickling technology, and no-additive prune cutting and drying process. Each technological breakthrough is a battle of "the fragrance of plum blossoms comes from the bitter cold". Taking the sucrose juice pickling technology pioneered by Bestore as an example, in order to make it edible for diabetics, the product development department repeatedly studied and demonstrated, and found the technology of using juice instead of white sugar to pickle dried fruits. Finally, cranberries and blueberries, which are the most recognized in the mixed nuts, were selected as raw materials, and low GI was achieved through the "triple probiotic" patented technology. In March 2021, the GI results of the 0 sucrose version of the mixed nuts have been included in the international GI database, which also became the first low-GI daily nut in the nut industry to be authoritatively certified by an international GI laboratory. Regarding how to make good products, Bestore can be said to have achieved "selecting good materials at the top of the golden pyramid". Among them, the probiotics supplier of Bestore is Chr. Hansen of Denmark, a world-leading probiotics supplier of its own nutrition and health center, with a 140-year history of strain research and the world's largest strain factory with the strongest production capacity. In the process of researching how to supplement calcium with "dried fruit + nut kernels", Bestore traced back to various fruits and found a natural fruit "calcium fruit" European plum. As a rare fruit variety, it is currently only planted in small areas in Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Beijing, Hebei and other regions. During the process, 300 people were invited to participate in the evaluation, and the formula was adjusted more than 500 times, and finally the lactic acid bacteria yogurt flavor was locked. Perhaps she was captured by this product. On April 2, Wang Ou officially appeared as the spring brand ambassador of Bestore, and recommended this gift box product to the whole network.
