一:注塑成型产品为什么要有脱模斜度

一般地,注塑成型制品都要通过相应的模具来进行成型加工,一件注塑制品经过成型、固化后,从模具模腔或模芯中取出俗称脱模。由于成型收缩等原因,塑件往往包紧在型芯上或者陷在模腔内等,开模后不能自动地脱出模具,方便注塑成型产品脱离模具,防止注塑成型产品表面在脱模时被划伤,在进行注塑模具设计时必须使注塑产品内外表面沿脱模方向上具有合理的脱模角度。

 

二:注塑成型产品的脱模斜度大小的影响因素

1)脱模角度的大小取决于注塑成型产品的性能、产品的几何形状,例如,产品的高度或深度、壁厚及型腔表面状态,比如表面粗糙度、加工纹路等等。

2)硬质塑料比软质塑料拔模角度要大;

3)要注塑成型产品的形状较复杂,或成型孔较多的塑件需要较大的脱模斜度;

4)注塑成型产品高度较大,孔较深,则取较小的脱模斜度;

5)注塑成型产品的壁厚增大,内孔包紧型芯的力更大,拔模角度也应取大些。
