The Ministry of Employment and Labor (Minister Lee Jeong-sik) announced the 'plan for expanding the opening of employment administration data' at the 2nd National Data Policy Committee (presided over by Prime Minister Han Deok-soo) on January 26 (Thu).

The Ministry of Employment and Labor plans to promote policy research on labor market issues such as resolving job mismatch through measures to expand the opening of employment administration data, and to promote the private employment service market by developing job transfer support service vocational training programs.

Through this data opening, it is expected that labor market information, which was previously known in statistical form at the level of major classifications such as metropolitan cities, provinces, industries and occupations, will be analyzed at a subdivided level such as local governments and sub-industry classifications.
